Terms and Conditions are considered as accepted by the client upon signing up with Luxe Interiors. Services and Products offered to clients by ‘Luxe Interiors’ are bound by the Terms and Conditions
mentioned below:
Booking fee paid will be adjusted against the Final Bill.
The Initial Quote generated is valid for 1 month after booking.
Prices mentioned in the Initial Quote are subject to change in accordance with the designs and materials chosen by the client during the Design Stage.
Pricing provided isinclusive of Material, Labour, Transport and Handling charges.
Luxe shall accommodate and limit design iterations to three times during the Design Stage. Should there be a need to revise designs beyond three iterations, there will be an impact on cost and timelines of the project.
Renders issued by a designer are for reference only. Accessories and props used while rendering shall not be considered as part of the scope of work, unless otherwise mentioned.
Cost for on site work such as Civil, Electrical & Painting shall be estimated and submitted to the client for approval separately by the Project Manager. This shall be carried out after site inspection is done and Payment Milestone 1 is completed. These On Site works shall not be considered as part of the main scope and shall be against a 100% payment.
All Cheques/ DDs are to be drawn in favour of “In Built Concepts”.
Luxe shall take full responsibility and shall carry out works mentioned in our scope to the best of our capability. Should there be a requirement or need for any additional works, it shall be taken as a Variation Order (VO) and against 100% advance, and shall follow agreed revised timeline.
All agreed warranties will be provided as per Luxe Standard T&C. Kindly refer to the Warranty Document for details.
